We do
our best to get rush orders out as quickly as we can--generally within
a day. Special order items can take significantly longer
to get out.
Adding rush
shipping does not guarantee that we will get your item
out the same day. If you don't want your order if it doesn't ship by
a certain day, include that information with the order, or
send us a follow-up message using our contact
form,
and let us know. The sooner we have your order, and all the
information about your
order,
the sooner we can prepare it for shipping and get it
out.

If you pay using an eCheck your items will
not ship until your eCheck clears. This generally takes 4-6 days.
If you are in a hurry, please use a credit card as a funding
source. (This only applies if you entered your checking account information for the payment, or if your PayPal account is set up without a credit card.)

We
only ship using US Mail, usually from zip code 92051. Keep in
mind that weekends and holidays will delay arrival. For rush
shipping we use one of the following methods:
• Priority
Mail: Two business days "to most areas." This means
three days, and sometimes more, to some areas. (We had one
Priority Mail package take 37 days
to arrive due to a error at the Post Office.) Weekends and holidays will
add more time. Check www.usps.com for
more information. The Post Office does not guarantee
Priority Mail delivery times.
• Express
Mail: "Overnight to most areas." This means
2-3 days to some. Weekends and holidays will add more time.

more information. The Post Office guarantees
Express Mail delivery times. A signature will be required on
delivery.

Add rush
shipping amount after you have added all other items
to you cart.

In the form
below, enter the cart total, select the shipping method, calculate
the amount,
and then add it to your cart as the final item.

If you have
already added rush shipping, and then change the contents of
your shopping cart, please remove the rush shipping amount
from your cart, recalculate
the
shipping
amount, and re-add it to
your
cart.
If you have already finalized an order and then
want to add rush shipping afterwards, you can complete an order
for just the shipping amount. Use the same email address and shipping address so that
we can link the two transactions.
If the rush
shipping amount is incorrect based on the cart total, it will
delay the shipping of your order while we wait for clarification.

Items can only be sent to the
address provided with the order, which is generally the billing
address of the credit card. If you need your order shipped to
a different address please contact your credit card company in
advance to add a secondary address to your account. Asking us
to ship to a different address will put your order on hold and
it will not be shipped.
8.
Rush shipping fees are not refundable if you refuse
delivery, the item arrives later than expected or if you provide
an incorrect or partial address.
