Shipping & Shipping Fees

Please contact us in advance to calculate shipping costs on your item(s). Please be sure to let us know which item(s) you plan on ordering, and where they are going. You can also add the items to your shopping cart, and then send the shopping cart to us by choosing the Outside US in the country drop-down.

We send all items through the Postal Service. Delivery times for international destinations are generally 2-3 weeks. Times will vary depending on the customs procedures in your country, and the type of mail service used.

Duties, Customs & Import Fees

We will NOT falsify customs documents to avoid paying duty or customs fees on items sent outside the US. You are responsible for any duties, customs or import fees that your country may impose. In the case of packages returned to us due to non-payment of import fees, shipping charges are not refundable, and merchandise is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, in addition to any fees we need to pay to return your payment to you. Special order items are completely non-refundable.

Western Union

For international orders, our preferred method of payment is Western Union. Please contact us for information on how to send your payment, and for the amount of your shipping fees.

Payments should be made in US Dollars. We will be unable to send your order if you pay in foreign currency and the amount which we receive after the exchange rate is incorrect.

Western Union charges a fee that varies between countries, and may be relatively large compared to the total amount being sent.

Credit Card/PayPal Payments to the UK and Canada

To prevent receiving international orders that we cannot accept (and have to refund), we have our international payments blocked. We will turn off the block for orders going to Canada and the UK, with the following conditions:

1. Shipping costs outside the US must be added to the order. This is done in the shopping cart, NOT during the check out process. Please contact us and let us know which items you intend to order so that we can calculate shipping for you. At that time we will also temporarily unblock our international payments so that your order can be placed. The form to add shipping to your shopping cart is at the bottom of this page.

2. All items of the order INCLUDING shipping must appear in the same PayPal transaction. If shipping is not included with your order, we will cancel/refund your payment(s) so that the order can be placed again.

3. The shipping address that is used on the order should be the billing address of the credit card that is used. PayPal will confirm this address as valid. If the address is unconfirmed by PayPal we will put through an immediate cancellation/refund.

Bank Wire Transfer

We can accept a wire transfer to our bank account. For orders under USD 400.00 there is a wire acceptance fee of USD 35.00 to cover the transfer acceptance fee charged by our bank, and a fee of $20 for orders over USD 400.00. This is in addition to any fees charged to you by your bank.

International Money Order

We can accept international money orders made out in US Dollars. We are not responsible for cash or documents lost in the mail. Registered mail or mail with tracking is recommended.

Cash

We can accept cash (US Dollars only). We are not responsible for cash or documents lost in the mail. Registered mail or mail with tracking is recommended.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

We will not sell current uniform items internationally if we feel there is any danger that they may be used against members of the US armed services. Suspicious requests will be forwarded to US law enforcement.

FPO/APO addresses are not international.
