Returns will not be accepted without a Return Number. A form to request a Return Number is at the bottom of this page.
Conditions for specific types of items are listed below:
- Special Order Items: Special order items are not returnable and are not exchangeable. All sales are final. This information is clearly posted on the special order item pages.
- Undergarments: Undergarments are not returnable and are not exchangeable. All sales are final.
- New Items: New items may be returned for a refund less a 25% restocking fee (or the actual cost of shipping, whichever is more) if they are received by us within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the item. They must be received back in the condition in which they were sent, including any ID and non-tamper tags, with no signs of wear, damage, pet hair, tobacco odor or cleaning.
- Second-Hand Items: Second-hand and used items may be returned for a refund less a 25% restocking fee (or the actual cost of shipping, whichever is more) if they are received by us within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the item. They must be received back in the condition in which they were sent, including any ID and non-tamper tags. If you feel the condition of the item has been misrepresented, or if the item has not been sized correctly, please let us know within 7 days of your receipt of the item. If the error is our fault we will reimburse you for return shipping, or will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return. A refund will be issued upon the item's return.
- Rush Shipping Fees: Rush shipping costs are not refundable unless we ship by a slower method than what was paid for. We are not responsible for errors made by the Postal Service, or the actual amount of time it takes them to deliver a package. Shipping times are estimates only.
- Exchanges: We DO NOT directly exchange items unless we have made an error, and the original item has been returned to us. If you want a different item than the one you ordered, the original item may be returnable based on the conditions listed above, and the replacement item must be purchased on new order.
- Worn or Damage Items, Items That Need Cleaning: Items that have visible signs of wear, have been damaged, smell of tobacco smoke, are scuffed, dirtied, scratched, or have missing parts, or packaging, will be subject to a higher restocking fee, up to 100%, if the item is no longer serviceable. Items that have been damaged in packages that have been carelessly opened, with scissors, razor blades, box cutters, etc., will not be accepted for return.
- Items Returned by Post Office: Items returned by the Post Office due to incorrect, or incomplete addresses, unclaimed items, or items where delivery was refused, will be treated as a return, and subject to the conditions above.
- Miscellaneous: Our return address is a Post Office Box. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. Refunds issued through PayPal generally take 3-4 days to appear back on credit cards, once a refund as been issued.
