Fees

items do not include shipping fees to destinations outside the United States.
Please contact us in advance to calculate shipping
costs on your item(s). Please be sure to let us know which item(s)
you plan on ordering, and where they are
being sent. We cannot estimate shipping costs if you do not tell us what
items interest you and to which country they are going.
We send
all items through the US Postal Service. Delivery times for international
destinations are generally 2-3 weeks. Times will vary depending
on the customs procedures in your country, and the type of mail service used.
If your country uses a non-Roman alphabet, you
can also send us a graphic (GIF or JPG) of your shipping address which we
can attach to the outside of your package to assist the postal service in
your country.
Duties, Customs & Import Fees
We will NOT falsify customs documents to avoid
paying duty or customs fees on items sent outside the US. You are responsible
for any duties, customs or import fees that your country may impose. In the
case of packages returned to us due to non-payment of import fees, shipping
charges are not refundable, and merchandise is subject to a minimum 25% restocking
fee, in addition to any fees we need to pay to return your payment to you.
Special order items are completely non-refundable.
Western
Union
For international
orders, our preferred method of payment is Western Union.
Please contact us for information on how to send your payment, and for the
amount of your shipping fees.
Payments
should be made in US Dollars. We will be unable to send your order if you
pay in foreign currency and the amount which we receive after the exchange
rate is incorrect.
Western Union charges a fee that varies
between countries, and may be relatively large compared to the total amount
being sent.
Credit Card/PayPal
Payments
Due to
difficulties in confirming addresses through PayPal, we cannot accept
Credit Card/PayPal on international orders, with the exception of Canada
and the UK.
Bank Wire Transfer
We can accept a wire transfer to our bank account.
For orders under USD 400.00 there is a wire acceptance fee of USD 35.00 to cover the transfer
acceptance fee charged by our bank, and a fee of $20 for orders over USD 400.00. This is in addition to any fees charged to you by your bank.
International Money Order
We can accept international money orders made
out in US Dollars. We are not responsible for cash or documents lost in the
mail. Registered mail or mail with tracking is recommended.
Cash
We can accept cash (US Dollars or Euros only).
We are not responsible for cash or documents lost in the mail. Registered
mail or mail with tracking is recommended.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
for any reason.
We will not sell current uniform items internationally
if we feel there is any danger that they may be used against members of the
